How is it done at Albatross?

We at Albatross recruit the most suitable candidates for the various positions and tasks.

We look for highly motivated people with true passion and interest in aviation, who wish to join the company, grow with us and contribute to our success in the industry.

Our recruiting department works with the managers of the other departments in order to find the most suitable workers.

The recruiting processes are carried out in close collaboration and coordination of expectations between managers and candidates.

The recruiting process:

Candidates can be located via social media, word of mouth, friends, the press, professional institutes or processes of mobilization and promotion within the company. When CVs are received, and if the candidate are deemed suitable, an initial telephone interview is conducted, followed by a face to face professional interview with the recruiting manager.

Many positions require security clearance. In these cases, the candidates undergo an investigation in accordance with the level of clearing required.

Found suitable, these workers will be assimilated and begin their way as part of our big family.
